Of Ammini
& Resilience
Tucked away in a corner of Coorg, Amni is a sanctuary of quiet resilience, cradled by mist, surrounded by coffee, and shaped by stories of endurance.
What you see today, the waterfalls, lakes, and fruit trees, was once considered too remote, too harsh. But our grandparents stayed, beginning with a small cottage our grandfather named Amin Home.
Amni is named for them, for Ammini, our grandmother, whose grit and grace still guide us today. And for her children, who braved the dark, holding fast to the belief that this land was worth the struggle.
With no road and no electricity, they built it stone by stone, season by season. And slowly, the land softened. It bloomed.
This is not a resort. It is a retreat into the rhythm of the earth. Not curated luxury, but nature, unfiltered and generous.
